To allow me to have a low-level shower tray, which I had been told by others wasn’t possible, he rerouted the waste from the shower into the room below. He also moved a wall, something he wasn’t expecting when he started the job, to allow me more space and the features I wanted. He also hand-built cupboards around the sink and toilet and incorporated an internal drawer to suit my storage requirements. Everything was done and finished to a high standard, and I was consulted throughout about what I wanted. The end result is a wonderful shower room that I will enjoy for many years.”
