Site Vist

Site Visit and Estimate: We begin by conducting a thorough site visit to understand your requirements and gather essential details. Agreement and Deposit

Once you are satisfied with the estimate, we proceed to sign the ‘Agreed Works and Payments’ documentation. This document outlines the agreed-upon services and payment schedule, giving you complete clarity on the process. To secure your slot in our schedule, a deposit will be required.

Work and Start Date

With the agreement in place and the deposit paid, we mutually determine a convenient start date for the project. We value your time and commit to starting the work on the agreed-upon date.

On-Site Preparations

On the first day of work, our professional team arrives promptly, ready to make your dream bathroom a reality. We take care of all the necessary arrangements, such as organizing a skip for waste disposal and adding floor protection in your home to ensure a clean and tidy workspace.

Meticulous Bathroom Removal

We commence by expertly removing your old bathroom, making way for the new install. Our team handles this process efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily life.

Careful Adjustments and Preparations

We meticulously adjust all pipework to the required areas, plaster the ceiling and required walls, and take care of any necessary painting. These preparatory steps lay the groundwork for a flawless bathroom transformation.

Flawless Installation

Here comes the exciting part! We install the suite, fit the flooring, and proceed to add the finishing touches that will elevate your bathroom’s aesthetics and functionality.

Waste Removal and Cleanup

As responsible professionals, we understand the importance of leaving your space immaculate. Once the project is complete, we remove all waste and debris, leaving your home as clean as it was before, except now it boasts a stunning brand-new bathroom!
